Yes, you can discuss setting a reserve price with our team. A reserve ensures that your item will not be sold below a specified minimum price. A reserve can not be more than the low auction estimate.

Once your items are consigned, they go through cataloguing, marketing, and then the auction itself which is streamed online to a global audience of buyers. We work to get the best possible price for your items through competitive bidding.
Our standard commission rate is 15+VAT (18% total) and a £10+VAT entry fee per lot. There are no hidden charges. For larger and higher value consignments, we are happy to negotiate a more favourable rate.

We utilise multiple marketing channels, including online bidding platforms, social media, traditional media and direct and indirect marketing to promote your items and ensure they receive maximum exposure to potential buyers.
Once your items are sold, you will receive payment by banks transfer 2 weeks after the auction, assuming items have been been paid for by the buyer. Our team will provide you with detailed information on the payment process.
While we don't have a strict minimum value, we generally focus on items worth £200 and over. Feel free to reach out, and we can discuss your items in more detail and sometimes lower value items can be grouped together.
While we prefer items in good condition, we assess each item individually. Contact us to discuss the specifics of your items.
If an item does not sell, we would usually recommend reducing the reserve by 30-50% and re-enter it in the next suitable auction. Alternatively you are welcome to collect any unsold items. Our team will work with you to find the best solution.
