• Conducting in person and online valuations of jewellery.
• Cataloguing
• Liaising with clients
• Contributing to business development initiatives, including expanding our client base and exploring new opportunities.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Requirements‍

• Proven experience in jewellery valuation, and ideally a jewellery qualification
• a keen eye for detail and expertise in gemstones, precious metals, and antique jewellery
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients.
• Excellent organisational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
• Experience in business development activities is desirable but not essential.
